If your payment card is lost, stolen, or you suspect that the card data was copied (for example, if you receive a text message confirmation of a transaction that you did not carry out) immediately block the card.

    During the Bank’s working hours, you can contact your Customer Manager or the Bank’s Credit Card Officer by calling +371 66 11 88 39, and obtain more information on the account balance and transactions made with the payment card.
