It is important for us to hear from the client if a problem arises; therefore, we ask clients and their representatives to promptly express their complaints or suggestions by coming to the Bank in person and submitting a complaint or alternatively – by sending a letter:

  • by e-mail –
  • by mail to the address: 3 Teātra Street, Riga, Republic of Latvia, LV-1050;
  • in the section “Contact the Bank” in the Internet bank;
  • by fax – by sending the complaint to the number +371 673 333 03
