How to obtain SecureCode?

When filling out an application for issuing a card, you will have to state whether you would like to use the card for paying the purchases made in Internet stores, as well as to give your current phone number. The bank will register the card in the program MasterCard SecureCode when it is ready.

If you haven’t stated in your application for issuing a payment card that you will use the card for paying the purchases made in Internet stores, you will be able to do it at a later stage, by drawing up an order to include the card into the MasterCard SecureCode programme via the Internet Bank. Activation of such a service will be done within one business day following the receipt of your order.

How to use SecureCode?

When paying for the purchases made in Internet stores, the bank will send a one-time password for approval of secure transaction to the phone number given by you. Upon receipt of the password, you will have to enter it into the dedicated field of the transaction approval form. In a few seconds, the bank will establish the authenticity of the transaction and confirm you are the person making the purchase.

In the event an error occurs when entering the password, the purchase will not be approved.

The password for approval of transaction is valid for the moment of approving only and it will be available to you only.
